You will be able to make a donation on behalf of another person for a special occasion or in memory of a deceased person. Please enter the information in the Special Donation Instructions (for in Memory or In Honor Donations) Box on the on-line form used to enter your credit card information. There you will also be able to able to specify the the name and address of the person or family to be notified of your generous donation.
